Do you provide onsite service?

Yes. TechHelper provides onsite support in Gaithersburg and surrounding Montgomery County communities, along with remote support when appropriate.

Do you support small businesses?

Yes. Managed IT plans can cover help desk support, endpoints, networks, security maintenance, backups and technology planning.

Can computer problems be fixed remotely?

Many software, performance, security and account issues can be handled remotely. If hands-on work is needed, we can schedule onsite service.

What areas do you serve?
